When Booking A Tour With Children Under 9 Years old, we take the payment on the day of the tour.

This excursion calls first at Pico dos Barcelos with its fabulous views over Funchal, continuing its way up the mountain to the view point at Eira do Serrado giving you a superb view down into the village of Curral das Freiras. From here you will travel across the hills to Monte, the picturesque hamlet situated above Funchal, famous for its beautiful Church, gardens and the Toboggan run, for those of you who wish to be whisked down the 2km run in one of these unique form of transport. Rounding off this delightful excursion with a visit to a local embroidery producer where you will also have time for a little Madeira Wine tasting. (Cost of the toboggan not included)
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The ticket for a tour entitles the client to transportation, meals and entrance fees when applicable. Extras are not included. Children between 5 and 9 years of age will pay 50% of the normal price. Insurance required by Portuguese law. Cancelations made less than 12 hours in advanced will result in a 50% refund. Cost of the toboggan ride is not included, if you would like to go for this ride you have to purchase the ticket locally.
